Our whiskey still is a custom 300+ gallon stainless steel and copper pot still that we call the Distillinator. Every batch of whiskey is distilled twice before being proofed and bottled or barreled. 

Our gin still is 50+ gallon, stainless steel hybrid pot still. It's a very precise process to extract just the right amount of botanicals in every batch.

Our third and smallest still is only 25 gallons and can be configured from a pot still to hybrid in a few minutes. We use it to test out new products and test different distillation techniques.
