Our award-winning, unaged, corn whiskey is made from 100% non-GMO, heirloom Hickory Cane corn grown at Riverplains Farm in Jefferson County, Tennessee

Double distilled using a re-purposed pot still, our whiskey represents how whiskey used to be made: with local ingredients and ingenuity.

 

A complete bushel to bottle spirit:

Grown, Distilled, and Bottled in East TN.

 

Bottled at 43.25% ABV (86.5 proof by ‘VOL’ume)
